You will lead presales engagements, collaborate with sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to validate use cases, ensure latency and scalability, and deliver measurable business outcomes while advancing Genesys Cloud AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to defend tradeoffs across model selection, latency, cost and governance.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases combining LLMs, workflows, and tools.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures for accuracy and freshness.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linking accuracy to outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time customer data across channels.
• Drive presales engagements through technical discovery, demos, and pilots.
• Develop and validate AI prototypes with account teams and Professional Services.
