Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales in the United States to shape how enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide architecture decisions, connecting Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, workflows, and cloud ecosystems.

You will lead across self-service, agent assist, journey management and back-office automation, working with LLMs, RAG, and orchestration to balance accuracy, latency, and cost while partnering with sales and professional services to move

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions with ML, NLP, and LLMs.
• Ability to defend tradeoffs on model selection, latency, cost, security and governance.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms, RESTful APIs and cloud ecosystems.
• Real-time enterprise solutions design focusing on latency, reliability and scalability.
• Proven skills in AI evaluation, governance and observability strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experiences with LLMs and orchestration.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures with embedding and retrieval.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks linking accuracy to outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time customer data and history.
• Drive presales engagements with technical discovery, demos, and value assessments.
• Develop reusable technical assets and enablement for field teams.
• Influence product direction by translating customer requirements into guidance.
