Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales, to lead the technical direction of AI-driven customer experience initiatives across enterprise environments. You will design scalable AI architectures, integrate Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, and guide strategic opportunities from discovery to production pilots.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and accelerate adoption while ensuring governance, security, and cost

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing enterprise AI solutions with ML and NLP.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI workflows.
• Proven ability to present complex tech to executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for CX use cases across channels.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures.
• Establish AI evaluation, observability, and governance frameworks.
• Lead presales engagements, demos, sandbox work, and pilots.
• Influence product direction through customer and field insights.
