Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Architect, Presales in the United States to guide AI strategy and architecture for customer experience solutions. You will partner with sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to move AI opportunities from discovery to production pilots.

You will design scalable AI architectures, evaluate model choices, and ensure governance and cost controls while delivering measurable business outcomes across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise AI solutions.
• Architectural judgment across model selection, latency, cost, explainability, governance, multilingual requirements, security, scalability.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases (LLMs, deterministic workflows, tooling, orchestration).
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures for accuracy, relevance and freshness.
• Establish AI evaluation & observability frameworks linking accuracy, retrieval quality, and cost to outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data and interactions across channels.
• Optimize enterprise AI architectures for scalability, latency, throughput, and cost.
• Drive presales engagements through discovery, demonstrations, sandbox engagements, and value assessments.
• Develop & validate AI prototypes through production pilot readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate value of Genesys Cloud AI by mapping capabilities to customer requirements.
