EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures, data fabrics, and multi-agent systems for enterprise AI solutions. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping context design and advanced memory strategies across platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools/code assistance.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding AI native design processes and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems used across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic search capabilities.
• Benchmark architectures against AI and human-evaluated metrics.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead design requirements and drive AI-native development processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development in emerging tech when needed.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring other Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead a team of experts building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
