Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive capabilities for multi-agent memory, RAG, and context management across federated systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash and Go/Rust/Java families.
• Understanding of AI native design principles and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, and modern code collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test these architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human designed evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI-native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead a group of experts in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
