Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures for multi-agent systems and build data fabrics for enterprise use cases.

You will lead a team of AI Architects, drive research, and implement scalable AI solutions while collaborating across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams. EY offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, and opportunities to shape the future of AI.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Use of AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluated baselines.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead AI Architect team and drive design requirements.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
