Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive multi-agent systems, context design, and advanced memory patterns in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires guiding architecture across AI, security, data, and infrastructure, with hands-on coding and mentoring of the Knowledge/Data team. EY offers a hybrid model and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/CS/Math required.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Use of AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and context management.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and replicate memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluations.
• Create integrable memory architecture frameworks.
• Lead AI native design process and mentor team.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
• Lead experts in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
