Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise-scale multi-agent systems. The role emphasizes RAG, semantic chunking, and cross-system integration within AI-native environments.

The candidate should have 5+ years in software engineering and AI, advanced degree, and deep knowledge of memory/context architectures. EY supports a hybrid model and a broad benefits program.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory / context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash and languages like Go/Rust/Java.
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Nvidia NVAIE, Azure AI.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmark against evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement via AI Native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
