Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures, data fabrics, and multi-agent systems for enterprise use. You will lead a team of AI Architects, drive context systems with RAG and semantic search, and shape scalable AI solutions across complex environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work model and a strong focus on architectural excellence and future-ready AI

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native tools and workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java; deep understanding of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps) and Nvidia NVAIE/Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Create context systems including RAG and semantic search to enable memory-based reasoning.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against automated and human-evaluated metrics.
• Develop reusable frameworks for integrating memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI Architects and mentor engineers within Knowledge/Data teams.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals; assess feasibility.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to deliver practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development and contribute to IP filings.
