Anthropic is seeking a Technical Architect to help customers deploy Claude Code and Claude Tag, teaching engineers, partners, and field teams how to use our tools effectively.

You’ll lead webinars, workshops, and on-site training, customizing materials to client codebases. You’ll train trainers, empower admins, and collaborate with account teams to ensure successful rollouts in enterprise environments. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect or developer advocate.
• Ability to ship code and teach engineering audiences.
• Experience presenting to large live audiences.
• Experience building relationships with customers.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving industry.
• Interest in safe AI and responsible deployment.

Responsabilités

• Teach in every format including webinars, workshops, onsites.
• Run train-the-trainer programs for customer technologists.
• Educate enterprise admins on rollout requirements (SAML, permissions, connectors).
• Build demos, repos or plugins and adapt material for client codebases.
• Provide field feedback to product teams to improve Claude Code/Claude Tag.
• Be the technical voice in cross-functional meetings with account teams.
• Travel 30–50% for onsite engagements and events.
