Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a technical architect and educator to teach customers and partners how to deploy Claude Code, Claude Tag, and enterprise admin tools. You will train the trainers, run workshops, and lead live demonstrations across customer environments, both in-person and virtual, with a focus on practical rollout success.

You have 5+ years shipping code and presenting to engineers; you thrive in fast-moving teams, and you bring a strong sense of responsibility for safe AI deployment and

Qualifications

5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect or similar.
You still ship code and regularly teach engineering audiences.
Strong public speaking with large live audiences.
Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic tools.

Responsibilities

Teach in every format; lead webinars and multi-day onsites.
Run train-the-trainer programs and certify others.
Educate enterprise admins on technical rollout requirements.
Build decks, demos, or plugins using the taught tools.
Bring field feedback to product teams for Claude Code/Tag.
Be the technical voice in the room with account teams.
Travel 30 to 50% for on-sites, workshops and events.
