Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of universal agent control harnesses. You will lead a team of domain experts to create scalable, secure multi-agent architectures, tool usage, and post-training environments.

The role demands deep expertise in AI, authentication, observability, and governance within fast-paced, innovative projects. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to present findings at academic forums

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent systems administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design of control harness intelligence systems including multiagent systems and scaffolding.
• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale multi-agent systems.
• Design of post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design of synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against evals.
• Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
