Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent design, authentication, observability, and post-training tuning for scalable AI environments.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and drive design choices from concept to execution while ensuring high performance and reliability in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Knowledge of identity/auth cryptography and modern IDEs/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures with performance benchmarks.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging agent authorization and frontier model architectures.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts building universal agentic control harnesses.
