Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain architects in building universal AI agent control harnesses. You will design authentication, state management, and tuning environments for agentic systems, while overseeing performance benchmarks and collaboration across AI, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

We value 10+ years in software engineering and AI, strong leadership, and hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups and tools.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Lead the development of comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development and IP filings.
