Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to guide a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent identity, authentication, state management, execution environments, and policy-driven multiagent systems.

The candidate should excel in fast-paced settings and champion scalable AI solutions. The position involves hands-on development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of experts to build universal agentic control

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI-native design processes and identity/authentication methods.
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Create synthesis models for open-source AI models.
• Implement, test and benchmark architectures across agent and human evals.
• Lead development of universal agentic control frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
