Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in product development of highly technical products.
• Experience in product management or similar roles at senior levels.
• Experience with enterprise customers and communicating with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements and present demonstrations.
• Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product teams; scope and implement new features.
