Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Product Manager to build enterprise-grade AI agents for government institutions. You will partner with engineers and public sector customers to deliver agents that handle high-stakes interactions, ensuring security and accessibility.

You will discover opportunities with federal and state agencies, understand missions and workflows, and prioritize features to improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or a role at or above Senior Product Manager.
• Passion for public sector work and belief in transforming outcomes.
• Comfort working directly with customers and coordinating with public servants and technical stakeholders.
• Experience crafting messages for executives and public sector leaders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong product judgment and track record driving cross-functional initiatives.
• A technical degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents for government institutions by partnering with engineers and public sector customers.
• Discover opportunities for AI agents by engaging federal and state institutions and prioritizing impact.
• Engage with customers at every level and translate requirements into demonstrations and solutions.
• Own outcomes from concept through production, aligning on roadmap and success metrics.
• Shape Sierra's platform and public sector roadmap with input from government partners.
• Help build Sierra’s public sector business through market strategy and scalable approaches.
