Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise technology initiatives across Medicare and other strategic programs. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage large budgets, and partner with Product Owners and executives to deliver value-driven outcomes.

You will lead change management, define metrics, and mentor Scrum Masters and Program Managers in a fast-evolving healthcare tech landscape. Hybrid, US-based role with strong governance expectations.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience including 3-5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per the roadmap.
• Drive productivity, accelerate time-to-market, and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 Scrum Masters/PMs.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Promote Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
• Develop change management plans for Agile transformation.
• Define metrics and reporting standards for visibility into performance.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Contribute to governance and regulatory compliance decisions.
