Jobgether seeks a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and cultural change. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and mentoring professionals across levels, applying Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Agile within large programs.

You will partner with executives and stakeholders to remove impediments, shape transformation strategies, and ensure consistent practices across teams and portfolios in a fully remote environment for U.S.-based candidates.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations.
• Proven ability to coach teams, programs and executives to adopt Agile values and practices.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Teach, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile values, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and related practices across high-impact enterprise programs.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives for teams, programs, and portfolios, supporting the transition to sustainable Agile ways of working.
• Identify Agile advocates and mentor peers to strengthen maturity across the organization.
• Coach teams on sprint planning, user story mapping, estimation, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Monitor Agile metrics and help teams address delivery issues with effective solutions.
• Design and deliver structured training on Agile principles, Scrum, Product Ownership, and Program Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify coaching needs and develop learning materials.
