Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption across large programs. You will coach, train, and mentor professionals at all levels, guiding Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Agile practices while enabling cultural change.

The role reports to senior executives and can be fully remote for candidates in allowed US states, with travel for in-person interviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations.
• Proven track record coaching teams, programs, and portfolios to Agile.
• Extensive experience scaling Agile across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile values and Scrum/SAFe/Lean Agile.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives for teams, programs, and portfolios.
• Identify Agile advocates to mentor peers and raise maturity.
