Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Agile Coach to guide enterprise-level Agile transformation across multiple teams in the healthcare space. This remote US-based role partners with leaders to embed Agile principles into planning, collaboration, and delivery.

You will coach executives, teams, and stakeholders, develop training programs, support change management, and drive Agile maturity across the organization. This highly visible position influences executive alignment and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years in Agile delivery, project management, or organizational transformation.
• 5+ years coaching Agile teams and leaders in enterprise settings.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile transformation across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Agile transformation projects and promote Agile principles.
• Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Develop and deliver Agile training programs and workshops.
• Support change management and communications for Agile adoption.
• Guide teams through Agile maturity assessments and improvement programs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and strategic workshops.
• Partner with executives to enhance collaboration and delivery outcomes.
