Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption in the United States. You will coach, train, and mentor professionals at all levels, strengthening Agile mindsets, practices, and collaboration across complex programs.
You will guide teams in Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and other methodologies while supporting cultural change. This fully remote opportunity is available to candidates located in Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, West Virginia, or
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations.
- Proven track record coaching teams, programs, and portfolios to Agile ways of working.
- Experience coaching at scale with Scrum, SAFe, and related frameworks.
- Strong ability to influence leadership and drive behavioral change.
Responsabilités
- Teach, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile values and practices.
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across programs and portfolios.
- Identify Agile advocates to mentor peers and strengthen maturity.
- Coach sprint planning, user story mapping, estimation, and Scrum rituals.
- Monitor Agile metrics and help teams address delivery issues.
- Design and deliver structured training on Agile principles and Product Ownership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify coaching needs and learning resources.
- Guide multiple high-performing teams and enterprise programs.
