Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach in the United States to lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption and empower leaders and teams to deliver greater value.

You will coach, train, and mentor professionals, applying Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and other frameworks while driving cultural change across programs and portfolios. This fully remote role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations.
• Proven ability to coach and transition teams, programs, and portfolios to Agile ways of working.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile values, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and related practices across high-impact enterprise programs.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives for teams, programs, and portfolios, supporting the transition from traditional delivery approaches to sustainable Agile ways of working.
• Identify and develop Agile advocates who can mentor peers and strengthen Agile maturity throughout the organization.
• Coach teams on sprint planning, user story mapping, estimation, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Scrum activities.
• Monitor Agile metrics, identify potential delivery issues, and help teams develop and implement effective solutions.
