Job summary

TRIAEM, LLC Career Center is looking for a Release Train Manager to coordinate and optimize IPA project release trains. You will align requirements across NGA segments and external partners such as GEOAXIS, ODS, and Sensor programs, ensuring dependencies are satisfied and value is delivered to end users.

Responsibilities include managing cadences, risk, and impediments, and working with Product Owners, engineers, and mission owners to synchronize Epics and Features across multiple trains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of experience, or Master’s plus 4 years of experience in Government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field.
• Experience driving continuous development and integration.
• Experience in managing Agile design and development efforts.
• Experience leading teams for modifying complex applications programs from specifications and Discrepancy Reports.
• Experience managing risks and escalating impediments.
• Experience in NSG Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) mission and the systems that enable that mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist and track release trains for IPA projects and coordinate integration of requirements with dependent services.
• Facilitate programmatic and defined requirements execution, remove impediments to flow, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Align and capture project work that shares a business and technology mission at Release Train level and orchestrate Agile Release duties.
• Support IPA to realize the value stream for a given Release Train including software, hardware, firmware, and other necessary components.
• Represent the Government Program at governance board meetings for approval of new user needs and requirements.
