Job summary
Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead integrated release planning, coordinate deployment readiness, and drive continuous improvement across Agile teams.
You will manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment while championing DevSecOps practices and strategic program leadership. Applicants should have DoD/Intelligence Community experience, active Top Secret clearance eligibility, and a strong background in Agile methodologies,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6–10 years.
- CSM/CSPO or CSP certifications preferred.
- 10+ years supporting software development programs in DoD/IC contexts.
Responsibilities
- Lead release planning and execution across multiple Agile teams.
- Coordinate release readiness, deployment, and production support.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment.
- Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive CI/CD and release automation in collaboration with DevSecOps.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and teams to improve delivery outcomes.
- Provide executive status reporting and release dashboards.
