Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Release Train Engineer to act as a servant leader and chief Scrum Master for the Platform's Agile Release Train, driving program-level execution and relentless improvement.

You will facilitate PI events, coordinate dependencies with Product Management and System Architects, and provide transparent progress reporting to leadership to ensure a continuous, high-quality software flow to the warfighter.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in engineering.
• 3 years of experience leading a large-scale program.
• Possess expert knowledge in Agile/Scrum or program increment leadership.
• Proven record facilitating PI/SAFe ceremonies and managing issue/risk resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate program-level execution and remove impediments.
• Manage risk and drive relentless improvement.
• Facilitate PI events including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Coordinate dependencies between Agile teams and ensure backlog readiness for planning.
• Provide transparent progress reporting to leadership with burndown and burn-up charts.
