Compass Group NA seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to support an Agile Release Train within Enterprise Technology in Charlotte. The RTE guides program execution, removes impediments, and aligns delivery with strategy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, risk management, and continuous improvement within a hybrid office schedule (Tue–Thu in the Charlotte area).

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean-Agile practices and enabling teams.
• Ability to lead discussions across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate release planning and PI planning for the ART.
• Coordinate features, dependencies, and risk across teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Support backlog, metrics, and reporting for value delivery.
