Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) seeks a Release Train Engineer to lead cross‑team release planning and delivery in defense projects. You will drive CI/CD, coordinate dependencies, and ensure delivery excellence across Agile teams.

You will mentor Scrum Masters, support PI planning, and provide executive dashboards, with emphasis on DoD/IC programs and DevSecOps practices. Strong Jira/Confluence skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field and substantial experience.
• Validated Scrum Master credentials (CSM/Advanced CSM/CSP).
• 10+ years in software development programs with release management.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master and experience across multiple teams.
• DoD or Intelligence Community program exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated release planning and execution across Agile teams.
• Coordinate release readiness, deployment, and production support.
• Drive CI/CD, release automation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive status reports and dashboards to leadership.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and advance agile maturity.
