Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Train activities in a fast‑paced federal modernization program. The role requires coordinating PI planning, managing release schedules, and coaching teams across Agile and DevOps disciplines on Lean‑Agile practices.

This onsite Washington, DC opportunity requires a TS/SCI clearance and strong communication skills to brief leadership and stakeholders on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting Agile software development teams in roles such as Scrum Master or project lead.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong communication skills, including briefing leadership and stakeholders.
• Time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train (ART) activities and drive Lean‑ Agile practices to improve delivery flow.
• Plan and manage software and architecture release schedules.
• Facilitate PI Planning and continuous exploration activities, including pre‑ and post‑PI sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑team collaboration through Scrum of Scrums and other forums.
• Consolidate PI objectives and publish program‑level objectives.
• Track feature and capability execution across Agile and DevOps teams.
• Brief customers and leadership on progress, testing, deployment status, and release readiness.
• Coach teams and leaders in agile maturity and practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience

Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

Strong time management skills
