Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer in Colorado Springs to coordinate Agile teams across the program increment. The RTE will safeguard Lean-Agile practices, remove impediments, and partner with Product Management to ensure aligned delivery of value.

Responsibilities include facilitating PI planning and SAFe events, improving flow, managing risks, and mentoring Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in systems or software delivery, including three years as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent.
• Current SAFe RTE or SAFe SPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Drive relentless improvement by monitoring flow metrics and root-cause analysis.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and impediments with strategic escalation.
• Champion consistent usage of Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, DOORS, Cameo for data-driven insight.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering leads on SAFe competencies.
• Collaborate with Release Management, DevSecOps, and Quality Engineering to streamline the CD pipeline.
• Maintain alignment with cybersecurity compliance frameworks across iterations.
• Communicate program status, financial burn, and value realization to executives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
