Job summary

Commongood is seeking a senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coach an Agile Release Train within the EIDS Workforce 3.0 initiative for PEO DHMS. The RTE will own PI Planning, ART events, dependencies, and delivery metrics in Azure DevOps, partnering with government leads and contractors to ensure predictable execution and continuous improvement across multiple teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile delivery with SAFe practice, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and

Qualifications

5+ years of Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, technology program delivery, or enterprise transformation.
2+ years operating as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, or comparable multi-team Agile leader.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards or a comparable Agile lifecycle management platform.

Responsibilities

Lead PI Planning and ART-level execution; facilitate ART Syncs, iteration reviews, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
Coordinate iteration and PI start, execution, review, and closeout with documented objectives, features, and dependencies.
Maintain ART calendars, rosters, and documentation for a single source of truth on ART operations.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Management, and teams in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
