Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
• Translate strategy into executable plans and dashboards; manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor delivery managers, scrum teams, and cross-functional squads.
