Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Lead Agilist to coach Agile Squads and promote Scrum practices. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, guide teams and Product Owners in backlog management and empirical decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Remote, contract role with W2 benefits as described in the posting. The Lead Agilist will model servant leadership, enable teams to remove impediments, and collaborate across the organization to improve delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Squads on Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from Sprint ceremonies.
• Guide Product Owners and Development Teams in backlog management and outcomes.
• Promote self-organization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Identify and help remove impediments; shield teams from interference.
