Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead Agilist to coach Agile Squads and promote Scrum practices. This remote contract role focuses on facilitating Scrum events, supporting backlog management, and driving empirical decision-making to improve delivery and value realization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of business experience and 3+ years in Scrum, with strong communication and mentoring skills. W2 benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; capable of presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating.
• Proven ability to remove impediments outside of the team.
• Coaching skills to convey complex ideas and teach new concepts.
• Conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
• Proven ability to build trust and high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC disciplines and practices supporting agility.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing practices.
• Awareness of Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob programming.

Mansioni

• Coach Agile Squads on values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Guide Product Owners and Development Teams in backlog management and clear outcomes.
• Promote self-organization, cross-functionality, and software craftsmanship.
• Identify and help remove impediments, escalating when needed.
• Shield teams from external interference to maintain productivity.
• Foster a safe, trusting environment for open discussion and problem solving.

• Apply DevOps knowledge to identify improvement opportunities.
