You will coach Agile Squads, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and guide Product Owners and teams in backlog management and empirical decision making. Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Squads on values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from Sprint activities.
• Guide Product Owners and Dev Teams in backlog management.
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments; shield teams from interference.
• Foster a safe, trusting environment for collaboration.
• Use metrics and feedback loops for improvements.
• Collaborate with Agile Center to improve team effectiveness.
