Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead Agilist for a contract role to coach Agile squads and promote Scrum practices. You will guide Product Owners and teams in backlog management, empirical decision-making, and continuous improvement, while modeling servant leadership and enabling teams to remove impediments.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Aufgaben

• Coach Agile Squads on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Guide Product Owners and Development Teams in effective backlog management and clarity of outcomes.
• Promote self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, and software craftsmanship.
• Identify and help remove impediments, escalating when necessary to appropriate entities.
• Shield teams from external interference to maintain productivity.
