We are seeking an experienced and certified Agile Coach to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. The ideal candidate will have 13-17 years in the software industry, with at least 4 years as a full-time Agile Coach and 5+ years as a Scrum Master. You will guide teams in adopting and enhancing Agile practices, ensuring alignment with business goals, and improving efficiency and quality.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 13-17 years in software development, with 5+ years as Scrum Master
• 4+ years as Agile Coach, applying Agile & Scrum principles
• Proficient in techniques like TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
• Experience creating coaching plans, Agile Maturity assessments, and training materials
• Ability to coach teams and leaders at all levels, drive process improvements, and implement Agile transformations

Certifications (Preferred):

• PSM II, PMI-ACP
