Qualifications

• 5-10+ years prior experience in an Agile Coach role helping teams efficiently deliver software.
• A proven track record with continuous value delivery in an Enterprise environment.
• Possess a deep understanding of Agile with hands-on experience in Scrum as well as other Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams in Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
• Help teams create an environment fostering transparency, learning, and innovation.
• Mentor and guide multiple teams on a day-to-day basis.
