Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to partner with advertising agencies, lead strategy, and drive revenue across DSP display and video. You will provide on-site presence, insights, and measurement expertise for agency growth.

You will collaborate with agency leadership, mentor teammates, and help build scalable processes in a high-ambiguity environment, delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role including ad agency, digital marketing, analytics.
• Experience in programmatic, display, or CTV planning/buying.
• Ability to proceed in absence of defined processes and provide input on them.
• Proven track record of influencing agency leadership and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions with senior agency leadership.
• Develop media strategies for growth based on agency goals.
• Coordinate across internal Amazon teams to streamline agency servicing and unblock blockers.
• Educate agencies on ad tech offerings, performance metrics, and insights to improve results.
• Co-own agency revenue targets with advertising development managers.
• Report on account health, revenue pipeline, and bridge plans to senior management.
• Build strong partnerships with account teams and manage multiple agency relationships.
• Define team processes and best practices for agency engagement.
