Job summary

Safran is seeking an Onsite Systems / Project Engineering Lead to support joint development activities for primary and secondary flight control systems in civil aerospace. You will serve as the primary technical interface between Boeing and internal engineering teams, guiding requirements, reviews, and technically driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant aerospace engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects or cross‑functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact between Boeing and internal engineering organizations.
• Develop strong relationships with customer engineering, systems, and program teams.
• Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Translate customer needs into clear engineering requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities and drive closure of deliverables.
• Facilitate technical reviews and working sessions with customer and internal teams.
