Job summary

Safran is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional IPT teams and manage cost, schedule, and risk for assigned programs. You will ensure customer satisfaction and strong economic performance, reporting to a Senior Program Manager and following Safran's program management referential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of engineering or programs experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization.
• Engineering environment experience preferred, aerospace/defense ideal.
• PM standards/tools experience required for planning, monitoring, risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs to ensure customer satisfaction and program profitability.
• Manage program risk, schedule, cost, and quality via PM methods.
• Lead program status meetings and communicate with customer.
• Monitor program performance and report clearly and consistently.
• Support bid phase business plans and program reviews.
• Drive corrective actions for any program drift.
