Job summary

Safran is seeking a Project HSE Coordinator to advance Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for onsite jet engine test cell projects globally. You will work with project managers, field teams, and customers to create project-specific safety plans, ensure compliance with OSHA and customer requirements, and lead training and qualification programs for field personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety-related field.
• 3–7 years of HSE experience in construction or aerospace.
• Experience with international projects and regulatory environments.
• Ability to develop safety plans and conduct audits.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE program management and safety culture development.
• Develop and implement project-specific safety plans.
