Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. (JSG) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships in aerospace, aviation, or defense sectors.

You will partner with recruiters to tailor staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage SLAs while using CRM to track activity and progress. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, nationwide travel as needed, and a collaborative team environment focused on delivering results for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical/engineering staffing experience within an Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense industry is required.
• Proven success in account development, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and moving accounts through a sales funnel.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred.
• CRM experience and ability to present and participate in RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Attract and maintain client relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email.
• Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs and offer solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Work with clients and recruiters to advance the sales process and obtain feedback.
• Update ATS with current client information, activity, and interview summaries.
• Follow up on sales leads from internal recruiters, candidates, and contractors.
