Johnson Service Group, Inc. (JSG) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships in aerospace, aviation, or defense sectors.

You will partner with recruiters to tailor staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage SLAs while using CRM to track activity and progress. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, nationwide travel as needed, and a collaborative team environment focused on delivering results for

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of technical/engineering staffing experience within an Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense industry is required.
• Proven success in account development, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and moving accounts through a sales funnel.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred.
• CRM experience and ability to present and participate in RFP processes.
