Johnson Service Group, Inc. is partnering with an established aerospace manufacturer in Van Nuys, CA, for a Business Development Sales Representative with a deep aerospace background.

The role focuses on growing accounts, developing new business, and expanding market presence through relationships with Tier 1/2 suppliers and OEMs. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in aerospace sales, ITAR compliance, and a track record of driving revenue growth in precision grinding and machining for aerospace

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development and sales experience in aerospace.
• ITAR compliance with proper documentation is required.
• Established relationships with Tier 1 or Tier 2 aerospace customers (e.g., Boeing, Airbus, Eaton, Parker, Safran, Collins).
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing aerospace customers and identify new opportunities.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand customer accounts and revenue.
• Build relationships with OEMs and Tier 1/2 customers in aerospace.
• Promote manufacturing capabilities: grinding, precision machining, and aerospace fittings.
• Identify customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
• Support sales growth while complying with ITAR requirements.
