Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to attract and develop new clients in the aerospace, aviation or defense staffing space. You will drive growth by presenting staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with recruiters to close roles.

This role offers base salary with uncapped commissions and ample opportunity to advance with Fortune 500 accounts and a national travel footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of technical/engineering staffing experience in Aerospace/Aviation/Defense.
Proven success in account development and maintaining customer relationships.
Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred.

Responsibilities

Attract new and maintain existing client relationships via phone, social media, meetings, and email.
Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs and offer solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Work with clients and recruiters to advance the sales process.
Update ATS to reflect client information and interview summaries.
Follow up on sales leads from internal recruiters, candidates, and contractors.
Coordinate with recruiters to understand client culture and job requirements.
