Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead multiple concurrent development programs from proposal through production. You will coordinate engineering, operations, finance and contracts to ensure milestones and budgets are met while acting as the customer advocate.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 15+ years in program management, and readiness for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Engineering Degree required.
• 15+ years of program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Aerospace or similar technical field experience preferred.
• Additive Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management and influence skills.
• Knowledge of operations including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.
• Exemplary communication with all levels and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and release project WBS with approved budgets.
• Maintain project Integrated Master Schedule.
• Facilitate IPD process compliance with reviews and milestones.
• Lead weekly internal and customer meetings with documented minutes.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review materials for executives.
