Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a Program Manager to lead a critical program, directing a matrix team and reporting to a Senior Program Manager. This role drives strategic and tactical objectives to deliver on contracts and business goals.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, coordinating cross-functional efforts and customer engagements. A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of PM experience and PMP preference are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 7 years of program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with global customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, schedule, and manage scope to meet program contract and business objectives.
• Plan complex interdepartmental projects to meet program and business objectives.
• Track, report, and execute projects to scope, cost and schedule.
• Maintain Program Management Plans and Risk Registers.
• Support weekly meetings and Customer meetings.
