Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Program Manager to lead multiple development programs across proposal, funding, development, qualification and volume production.

The role coordinates internal engineering, operations, business development, finance and contracts teams to advocate for customers in aerospace, marine, and military markets, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 4–7 years of program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working within aerospace or a similar technical field preferred.
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance; US citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate activity to satisfy customer contract/SOW.
• Proactively drive major milestones and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure with approved budgets.
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedule.
• Lead weekly team meetings with documented minutes and action items.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review materials for leadership presentation.
• Support new business proposals with PMO inputs and BOEs.
